Hello! I’m Sharon Gehl, a registered nurse for over 20 years. I received my associate’s degree in nursing from Purdue University in 1997 and continued on to earn my Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2000. I started my career near my hometown of Crown Point, IN. I’ve always loved to travel and after a few years decided to begin as a travel nurse. I was able to travel all over the United States and after about 4 years I took an assignment in Missoula, MT and knew I was home. I spent my first 10 years in a hospital setting in a cardiac unit. Most recently, I’ve worked in an outpatient surgery center.

For many years I have been interested in more natural ways to obtain health. After repeatedly taking care of patients in the hospital who were on a dozen or more prescription meds and realizing that some were to combat the side effects of others, I thought there must be a better way. This led me to learn about essential oils. I’ve been using essential oils in my home for about 10 years–for therapeutic health remedies and DIY cleaning products to help reduce toxins in my home. My journey in health and wellness has always been evolving but the most substantial finding was being introduced to biofeedback just over a year ago.  Immediately I  knew I had to learn more. I am now a Certified Biofeedback Specialist.

I’ve been married to my husband for 17 years. We have two great kids, both boys. We spend our family time together outdoors, camping, attending sporting events, attending church, and just hanging out with friends and family.
